(TSXV:\n GRB) (OTC: GEBRF) is pleased to announce the appointment of Kirsten\n Tompkins, CPA, CA as Chairman of its new Financial Advisory Board. \n Kirsten's former position of CFO is awarded to Lisa Dea, BComm, CPA, CA\n\n\nLisa has over 19 years of experience in the finance, securities and\n accounting fields. Previously, Ms. Dea was the Vice President, Finance\n and Chief Financial Officer of Silvermex Resources Inc., a TSX listed,\n mid-tier producing silver company from May 2011 until is was acquired\n in July 2012.  Ms. Dea oversaw all aspects of finance and legal as well\n as implemented structure, controls, governance and fiscal policy. \n Prior to Silvermex, Lisa was the VP Finance and CFO of Polaris Minerals\n Corporation, also a TSX listed company, for 5 years and was responsible\n for the overall financial management of the company, including\n overseeing Polaris' debt and capital market activities, managing\n banking relationships with US, Canadian and International banks and\n internal and external public reporting.  During her career at Polaris,\n she completed many numerous debt and equity financings, and oversaw the\n implementation of the financial controls, processes and corporate\n financing strategies required to bring Polaris from development stage\n to large-scale commercial production.\n\n\nLisa began her career at Deloitte & Touche LLP, achieving the position\n of Senior Manager in the course of her 11 years with the company.  She\n obtained her Chartered Professional Accountants designation in 1997 and\n holds a BComm from the University of British Columbia.\n\n\nCEO Jeff Ciachurski commented \"I am very delighted to welcome Lisa to our team.
