[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n PASO ROBLES, Calif., March 22, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via OTC PR WIRE-- Greenbelt Resources Corporation (OTC:GRCO), an innovator of sustainable energy production systems, in collaboration with Biofuels & Energy, LLC (B&E), announced today the San Luis Valley Bioproducts Project, known as SLV Biopro. The project will feature Greenbelt’s waste-to-energy interconnected system (ECOsystem) designed to produce up to a half a million gallons of bioethanol from an abundance of waste feedstocks available in the San Luis Valley area of Colorado. SLV Biopro will be devised to provide a viable solution to potato processing industry waste.\n “With Greenbelt’s leading edge technology, B&E’s relationships with local officials and industry business owners, as well as solid support from our financing sources, B&E’s experienced project development team is positioned to take advantage of this market,” says Richard Mason, co-founder and managing member of B&E. “This is the first of several of our projects for which Greenbelt’s technology is uniquely suited. We look forward to investing in what we expect to be a long and fruitful relationship.”  The ECOsystem model can be custom-designed to transform appropriate feedstocks of any local area into bioethanol and bioproducts. SLV Biopro plans to be the first independently owned, local-scale bioethanol solution in Colorado and will be tailored to utilize the local supply of potato processing industry wastes in the San Luis Valley region. Within this area, which includes Alamosa and Conejos counties, 55,000 acres are cultivated for potato crops. The resulting bioethanol will be sold for both fuel and industrial uses, including by Colorado’s cannabis processing industry as a “green” extraction solvent. “SLV Biopro is yet another example of how our ECOsystem model provides the solution to a challenge inherent in current local-scale technologies—their size. Our ECOsystem model is designed and optimized for small to medium sized operations making it the perfect choice for the potato processing industry,” says Darren Eng, Greenbelt Resources CEO. “And with a strong project developer like B&E, SLV Biopro will create a cost-effective transformation of potato processing industry was...
