has today signed a strategic partnership agreement with Sun Microsystems of
Canada Inc. ("Sun"), a supplier of equipment, software and industrial strength

The partnership provides for the resale by GlobeeCom of StarOffice
software, servers designed by Sun, and the use of Sun technologies for
research and development of software created by GlobeeCom. The agreement also
allows GlobeeCom to integrate and support its GlobeeMeeting(R) solution by
marketing it worldwide on Sun Fire(TM) V20z servers.
