More specifically, Management at GlobeeCom and\nInfoteck respectively were not able to reach a firm agreement with respect to\na final closing date. Consequently, the decision was made not to proceed with\nthe protocol.\nGlobeeCom is a company specialized in the development of on-line software\nsolutions.
