(TSX\nVenture: GBC) is proud to announce the conclusion of a master distribution\nagreement with the French company Inersis.\nInersis is a company specializing in computer networking,\ntelecommunications, integration and skills. The company focuses its know-how\nmainly on consulting, support, coordination and implementation of solutions\nfor its European clientele. The management team enjoys a very high notoriety\nin the European telecommunications domain. Its professionalism, its customer\napproach and follow-up methods set it apart from the competition.\nAdditionally, Inersis has long-standing decision-making relationships with\nmany of its clients, which accounts for its ongoing success.\nThe present agreement stipulates that through its distribution network in\nFrance, Belgium and French-speaking Africa, Inersis will be able to promote\nmarket, integrate and support the technological solutions made available by\nGlobeeCom, including GlobeMeeting(R), service suppliers and commercial\nclients. This territorial agreement could generate a recurrent income of some\n2 million Euros for GlobeeCom International over the coming three years,\nbreaking down into 500 000 Euros in the first year and 780 000 Euros in each\nof the two subsequent years.\nErick Caron, President and CEO of GlobeeCom International Inc., greeted\nthe news with the following statement: \"This new master distribution agreement\nwith Inersis is part of the GlobeeCom growth strategy designed to extend the\nmarket reach of its GlobeMeeting(R) technology.\"\nFor his part, Daniel Cailloce, Director of Inersis, declared: \"The\ndecision to set up a partnership with GlobeeCom is an essential element in our\nstrategic coaching and monitoring approach, associated with the offer of\nservices developed by Inersis.
