(\"GlobeeCom\") (TSX Venture: GBC) has approved the\nCompany's unaudited financial statements for the period ended June 30, 2005.\nFor the period ended June 30, 2005, GlobeeCom recorded income of\n$129,544, the major part of which came from European sales. These results are\nin line with management forecasts for the first two quarters of 2005.\nGlobeeCom Inc., a subsidiary of GlobeeCom, recorded a net consolidated\nhalf-year loss of $630,557 after CDTI Research and Development tax credits, a\ngrant of $36,263 and earned interest of $3,890. This loss includes stock-based\nremuneration of $38,786.\nGlobeeCom was accredited as a CDTI (centre of development if information\ntechnology) in 2001. CDTI credits are valid for the offsetting of eligible\nsalaries until 2013.\n\nRECENT DEVELOPMENTS\n\nIn the course of the past quarter, GlobeeCom signed a master distribution\nagreement with the French-based company INERSIS. This agreement will allow\nINERSIS to promote, market, integrate and support the technological solutions\nmade available by GlobeeCom, including GlobeMeeting(R), amongst institutions,\nservice suppliers and commercial clients throughout its distribution networks\nin France, Belgium and French-speaking Africa.\nINERSIS is a company specializing in computer network and\ntelecommunications integration and skills. The company has a centre of\ncompetence devoted to consulting, support, coordination and implementation of\nsolutions for its European clientele at large.
