It is compatible with Hotspot 2.0, a\nprotocol for automatic Wi-Fi authentication and the handoff of users roaming\nbetween networks which will enable a seamless experience to integrate\ncell carrier services with the Pure Mobility broadband\nWIFI technology. The internet is sagging from the weight of video and\nbandwidth hungry traffic. Pure Mobility is an early mover focused on providing\na platform that is robust and secure enough to realize the vision\nthat can be described as the \"internet of things”.\n\nWorld Associates expects\nwireless networks like Pure Mobility’s to be a key enabler for the next\ngeneration of infrastructure management. The agreement is a first step in\nan alliance where Pure Mobility provides a network to enable infrastructure\nsolutions but will eventually include transportation applications to respond\nintelligently to traffic; efficient water monitoring and management tools;\nand intelligent distributed power solutions.
