A combination of restricted stock and a\nconvertible note were given as consideration for the lease in addition to Eagle\nOil being bound by the terms that Drake Gold originally entered into for the\npurchase of the lease with the previous lease owner. \n\nThe lease holds 12 wells on 50 acres.
