• Healing the Earth™ (USPTO Serial No: 86/279,088) is used as the growing system brand and to describe the overall benefit of the system, as its implementation will significantly improve planet Earth's environmental health, utilizing 90% less water than traditional cultivation methods.
• The Future of Food™ (USPTO Serial No: 86/279,091) identifies this revolutionary growing system as an integral element of the radical technology required to address the reality that Earth's population will not be able to feed itself by 2030 (UN Food and Agriculture Organization Report, 2009).
• Food on Demand™ (USPTO Serial No: 86/279,070) describes the Company's concept that, by growing only the food consumed by a local population, the growing system will eliminate virtually all food waste.
