(OTC Pink: GNPG) (PINKSHEETS: GNPG) announced today that the Company's corporate offices are being relocated to 1626 West 12^th Place Tempe, Arizona, 85281. The building, just east of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, will also house Green Planet's new warehouse and order fulfillment facility. It is anticipated that the move will be completed by April 14. Edmond Lonergan, Green Planet's CEO stated, "This move is a huge step forward for the Company. The office space accommodates our new management team and the new on-site warehouse will improve management, operational and cost efficiencies." Paul Hansen, National Sales Manager for the Company's wholly owned subsidiary XenTx Lubricants Inc., noted, "We can now manage sales, warehouse inventory and fulfill orders for the complete line of XenTx and Synergyn products all from the same location. In other news, Green Planet Group has sold its Arizona Independent Power, Inc. (AIP) subsidiary to the original developers of the concept. AIP had been dormant since its acquisition and project feasibility has been compromised by the ongoing severe drought conditions in the American Southwest. Company management determined that AIP no longer fit well within the Company mission and represented a distraction from current initiatives.
