Green Mountain & C. Trade Prioritize Projects for New Fiscal Year

CARLSBAD, Calif. – October 12, 2012 - Robert Brehm, CEO announced today that Green Mountain Development Corp (OTC Markets: GMND) and Nick Kontonicolas, Director of GMND and CEO of C. Trade Group will concentrate their joint efforts on oil & gas drilling JV projects and the expansion or worldwide pharmaceutical and microbial product distribution in the new fiscal year.  C. Trade Group will provide financing assistance for the projects and Green Mountain will provide project management services and licenses to third parties for microbial manufacturing and distribution in multiple locations.

As a result of focusing the project efforts on JV drilling ventures and third party product manufacturing and distribution, the C. Trade and Green Mountain will forego participation in two existing opportunities including frac water treatment at the Beach Haven Oil Terminal and the Solluxus product distribution agreement previously announced.  Green Mountain was contracted by C. Trade Group to produce a “Business Alternatives” report for the Beach Haven Oil Terminal and the company published the report in June 2011 for consideration in future development of the site by C. Trade and affiliate partners.  While both of these projects have merits, environmental requirements and the time to financially break-even, given the investment required, are significantly longer then alternative business opportunities currently under consideration. 

New projects currently in negotiation with C. Trade partners include new Bio-Miracle™ microbial manufacturing and distribution sites in the USA and international product distribution in Africa, Asia (India) and South America.  Bi-Agra™agricultural product evaluations have been underway in Ethiopia and South America for over six months and product feedback has been excellent.  The company expects to complete new distribution agreements this fiscal year. Green Mountain and C. Trade are also finalizing the RNUL USA Limited business operations to optimize returns for both companies.
