CARLSBAD, Calif. – August 22,2012 - Robert Brehm, CEO announced today that Green Mountain Development Corp (OTC Markets: GMND) and Nick Kontonicolas, Director of GMND and CEO of C. Trade Group have finalized a six month strategic plan of expansion for GMND to provide project development services as an operator or contractor with various joint C. Trade operations including oil and gas projects, and worldwide pharmaceutical distribution. GMND will assist C. Trade Group who is providing financing assistance for the projects.
To implement the strategic plan, Nick Kontonicolas will meet this week in New York with two pharmaceutical companies to negotiate near term revenue participation activities for GMND. Mr. Kontonicolas will also be in Texas the following week to negotiate with city officials regarding manufacturing site plans for RNUL USA Limited, a new member of the GMND family of companies. While in Texas, C. Trade will also complete additional financing activities for the GMND Texas oil project previously announced.
