This ATM structure provides Green Minerals with the agility to draw capital as needed, optimizing shareholder value while mitigating unnecessary dilution. \nIn addition, Green Minerals will grant LDA a call option, entitling LDA to subscribe for up to 1% of the Company’s share capital at NOK 6,95 per share.
