SinoGas West Inc. - Correction to News Release

CALGARY, Aug. 30, 2011 /CNW/ - SinoGas West Inc. ("SinoGas"), a capital pool company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange"), confirms that a typographical error was made on its previously disseminated News Release dated August 29, 2011 with respect to the date the parties entered into its letter of intent (the "LOI").  The date in which the parties entered into the LOI was August 26, 2011.

SinoGas, a capital pool company within the meaning of the policies of the Exchange, was incorporated December 21, 2007 and was listed on the exchange on or about January 7, 2010.  SinoGas does not have any operations and has no assets other than cash. SinoGas' business is to identify and evaluate businesses and assets with a view to completing a qualifying transaction under the policies of the Exchange.
