NISKU, AB, Sept. 2 /CNW/ - Garneau Inc. (GAR:TSX) announced today that
effective September 30, 2005 Mr. Michael Lang will be stepping down from his
position as a member of the Garneau board of directors. Michael contributed to
the company's transition from a private business to a public company in 1997.
Garneau appreciates the many years of valuable service that Michael has
provided as a board member and wishes him well in his current and future
endeavors. Garneau expects to announce a replacement board member by September
30, 2005.
