(EPL:TSX-V) is pleased to announce that an agreement has been executed with Green Arrow Resources Inc. (GAR:TSX-V) whereby Eagle Plains has agreed to grant an option to GAR (subject to regulatory approval) to acquire an undivided 60% interest in Eagle Plains’ 5985 hectare Goatfell Property, located 30km east of Creston, British Columbia.
