[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 5691R Great Western Mining Corp. plc 28 October 2013 \n \n\nGreat Western Mining Corporation plc\n \n \n(\"Great Western Mining\", or the \"Company\")\n \n \nNotice of Extraordinary General Meeting\n \nNotice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company will be held at The Hibernian Club St Stephens Green Dublin 2 on the 27th day of November 2013 at 11.00 a.m. for the following purposes:\n \nOrdinary Resolutions\n \n1. That the capital of the company be increased from €1,000,000 to €3,000,000 by the creation of 200,000,000 shares of €0.01 each to rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in the capital of the company.\n \n2. That the power of the directors to allot relevant securities within the meaning of sections 20, 23 and 24 of the Companies (Amendment) Act 1983 should be renewed for a further five years and which authority shall expire on the 1st day of November 2018. The maximum amount of relevant securities which may be allotted under the said authority shall be the number of authorised but unissued relevant securities in the capital of the Company from time to time and for the time being. \n \n3. The Articles of the Company be amended to reflect the passing of the resolutions set out above.\n \nSpecial Resolution\n \n4. That the power of the directors to allot equity securities within the meaning of section 23 of the Companies (Amendment) Act 1983 for cash as if section 23 (1) of the said Act does not apply to any such allotment be renewed for a further five years and which authority shall expire on the 1st day of November 2018. And the relevant Article of the Company can be amended to reflect same.\n \n \n \n \nDated: 28th day of October 2013 ...
