Following a statutory appeal period under the Nevada Administrative Code the permit became effective on 02 January, 2016.\n \nChief Executive, David Fraser commented: \"Approval from the BMRR was the final hurdle that needed to be cleared before work can commence on M4. The Company is now in the position of having valid drill permits for two of its major Copper-Gold targets, M2 and M4.
