[{"type":"text","content":"\n\nGREAT WESTERN MINING CORPORATION PLC\n(\"Great Western\", \"GWM\" or the \"Company\")\n \nGRANT OF SHARE OPTIONS\n \nGreat Western Mining Corporation PLC (AIM: GWMO & ESM: 8GW) announces that it has granted a total of 400 million share options, including grants to Directors, in accordance with the rules of the Company's Share Option Plan 2014.\n \nThe share option awards were approved by the Board on 20 August 2024 (the \"Award Date\") and the exercise price of the new options will be Sterling 0.04 pence per share, representing the average closing price for the ten preceding days.
