[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n\n10 September 2009\n\n GREAT WESTERN MINING CORPORATION PLC\n (The \"Company\" or \"GWMC\")\n\n FURTHER INFORMATION RE: OPEN OFFER TO SHAREHOLDERS\n\nDue to the level of interest, the Directors of the Company have been unable to accommodate\ninvitations from a number of London based institutions, to make presentations in connection with\nthe recent open offer within the closing schedule as originally announced. The Directors have\ntherefore decided to extend the closing date to 5.00pm on the 30th day of September 2009.\n\nThe Directors have also resolved that in the event that the current offer is oversubscribed, they\nwill not extend the additional \"Green Shoe\" allotment of 1,500,000 shares over and above the\nmaximum figure of 15,000,000 shares.\n\nAlso, it has come to the notice of the Company that there has been a printer's error on page four\nof the Open Offer Application Form. Please note that although the numbers are correct the Euro\nsign (EURO) should be removed from before \"Authorised Share Capital EURO 100,000,000\" and\n\"Issued Share Capital EURO 26,752,000\".\n\nA letter to shareholders informing them of the information above will be posted tomorrow to the\nshareholders to whom the original Chairman's Letter and Application Form relating to the Company's\nOpen Offer to Shareholders was posted on 29 August 2009.
