[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n\nIE00B1FR8863/GBP/PLUS-exn\n\nPLUS: GWMO 18 August 2008\n\n GREAT WESTERN MINING CORPORATION PLC\n (\"GWMC\" or the \"Company\")\n\n BULK SAMPLING RESULTS\n\nThe Board of Great Western Mining Corporation plc., the PLUS quoted Dublin based uranium, gold &\nsilver exploration company, is pleased to announce results of the second bulk sample leaching test on\nore from its high-impact project in the State of Nevada, U.S.A.\n\nBackground\nGWMC is examining an ore deposit containing uranium and other precious metals in quartz monzonite and\nquartzite located in a hydrothermal shear zone in Mineral County, Nevada. GWMC controls 100% pf an\napproximately 7.4 square kilometre claim area.\n\nThe independent laboratory report contains head analyses and the results from bottle-roll leaching\ntests.\n\nResults\nThe second Bulk Sample Test substituting a carbonate leach in place of acid did not improve the\nrecovery rates of U3O8 reported in the previous test.
