(“GWMG” or the “Company”) has posted its annual information circular and related proxy materials on SEDAR at www.sedar.com and has received an order from the Saskatchewan Financial Services Commission abridging the timeline for delivery of related printed materials (the “Meeting Materials”). Due to the strike commenced by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers and disruption of postal services in Canada, GWMG anticipates there may be a delay in the delivery of the printed Meeting Materials to GWMG shareholders and the ability of GWMG shareholders to deposit their proxies in a timely fashion. Accordingly, Shareholders are reminded that the Meeting Materials are available electronically on SEDAR at www.sedar.com under the Company’s profile and proxies and voting instruction forms may be submitted by fax as described in the Meeting Materials.
