Great Portland Estates PLC (GPE) announced that Westminster Council has granted planning permission for the refurbishment of 15 Gresse Street and 12/13 Rathbone Place, W1. The scheme will deliver 43,000 sq ft of premium Fully Managed workspace across five floors. The project, designed by dMFK Architects, includes retaining and refurbishing the existing buildings with small extensions to the rear upper floors and a larger communal terrace.
