[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 9573Q Great Portland Estates PLC 18 September 2017 \n\n \n18 September 2017\nGPE announces continued success in sustainability and ESG indices\n \nGreat Portland Estates plc (\"GPE\") announces its continued success across a number of leading annual sustainability and ESG related indices.\n \nGlobal Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (\"GRESB\")\nGPE was the number one ranked company in the UK listed sector, scoring 86%, placing it in the top 7% of over 800 global participating portfolios in the GRESB annual sustainability performance index. We were also awarded a five star rating for the second consecutive year and retained our Green star rating for the fourth year running. \n \nThis year we participated in the Health and Wellbeing supplement for the first time, scoring 70%, which placed us in the top three European office sector participants. We were also delighted to be awarded Grade A for the quality of our public disclosure. \n \nEuropean Public Real Estate Association (\"EPRA\")\nGPE won a Gold Award, for the fourth consecutive year, for reporting in accordance with EPRA's European Sustainability Best Practice Recommendations (sBPR).
