(GPS - TSX Venture), a leading provider of high security vehicle tracking and surveillance solutions wishes to announce that on April 6, 2010 an aggregate of 3,711,695  options to purchase common shares of the Company at $0.10 per share for four years have been granted to the employees, management and directors of the Company.  The options are exercisable until February 24, 2014. One fourth of these options vests on the date of the grant, and the remaining options vests equally at the half yearly anniversary of the date of the grant.2,361,695 of these options were granted to the board members and 1,000,000 of these options were granted to two officers of the company.
