The agreement provides fuel tax account\ndata transfer and reporting to both organization's sales and service teams for\nexisting and new customers on a revenue sharing basis. This agreement enhances\nBSM's solution to the transportation industry customers to have Permitax\nprepare their IFTA and mileage/highway use tax returns for Canada and the U.S.\nBSM Wireless will transmit pertinent customer electronic vehicle GPS and\ndispatch data to maximize efficiencies, improve accuracy and improve the ROI\nof any size fleet.\n\"We are very excited about this business partnership for our customer\nbase and other new opportunities.
