This is first of several expected re-orders for additional systems for\nthe now combined fleet of 500 armored trucks and vans with BSM's \"SentinelAV\"\nmonitoring and security solution. In 2005, Bantek ordered 212 units of\n\"SentinelAV\" to monitor and secure critical components of the Bantek fleet.\nThis order for an additional 200 units virtually doubles the armored fleet\nunder the protection of BSM Technologies.\nTogether, the two companies will offer a wide range of services for every\naspect of an ATM owner's ATM program, including ATM hardware sales,\nmaintenance, cleaning, armored services, cash management and more. The merger\ncreates a national footprint of 75 armored branches located in 43 states,\ncapable of servicing the entire Continental U.S. The new company will combine\nto serve:\n\n- 65,000+ ATMs\n- 2000+ ATM customers\n- 50+ metropolitan areas across 43 states\n- 500+ armored vehicles\n\nSECOND $1,000,000 ORDER FROM BANTEK - OPTION TO EXTEND FOR ADDITIONAL\n3 YEARS\n\nThis re-order now represents over $2,000,000 in orders received from\nBantek over the last 12 months. The complete contract consists of a hardware\ncomponent and monitoring services for an initial three-year period, as well as\nan ongoing service agreement. At the conclusion of the three-year period, BSM\nexpects Bantek to exercise its option to renew the monitoring and service\nagreements for additional three-year periods on an ongoing basis.\n\nSUCCESSFUL COLLABORATION NOW AVAILABLE TO ENTIRE ARMORED CAR INDUSTRY\n\nIn 2005, BSM and Bantek collaborated on the project to develop a custom\nsolution to meet the stringent requirements of the armored car industry.
