(CSE: DNI) to buy graphite flake from Brazilian suppliersPartnership with Ashland Advanced Materials (AAM) on PurificationPartnership with Shamokin Carbons as Micronization PartnerDistribution Agreement with Graphene Laboratories (TSX-V: GGG)Debt Financing previously announced on November 10, 2017 This filing, news release and the material contracts have been filed in connection with a continuous disclosure review conducted by staff of the Ontario Securities Commission. The material contracts were not filed in accordance with the requirements of Ontario securities law, and it was subsequently filed as a result of such review.
