Officer Update

Notice is being given to the Board of Directors and to the shareholders of The Graystone Company (GYST), that it's current CEO, Paul Howarth is considering stepping down and or taking a leave of absence to attend to other non related business interests.

This change may occur in Q1 2016.

Mr. Howarth is currently in talks with a replacement CEO.

Currently, the companies mining operations are managed by its JV partner in South America,  Arara Mining SA. and this change should not disrupt the companies current operations.

The Company will provide updates when appropriate.
