Atlanta , Aug. 08, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Gray Media, Inc. (“Gray”) has reached an agreement with Byron Allen’s Allen Media Group, Inc. (“AMG”) to acquire AMG’s television stations in ten markets for $171 million.
