The Company has agreed to pay\nan aggregate cash commission\n \n of $24,652.80 and an aggregate of\n5,760 finder’s\n \n warrants to certain arms’ length\nfinders in connection with the Private Placement. The finder’s\nwarrants are\n \n exercisable into units at a price of C$2.14 per\nunit until September 2, 2024, with each such unit comprised of one\nordinary share in the capital of the Company and one-half of one\nordinary share purchase warrant. Upon issuance, each underlying\nwarrant is exercisable by the holder to acquire one ordinary share in\nthe capital of the Company at a price of C$2.60 per share at any time\nuntil September 2, 2024.
