Granada\ntakes its obligations to provide accurate and transparent disclosure\nvery seriously and regrets any confusion or inconvenience caused by\nthis retraction.\n \n \n The BCSC identified the following reasons for the retraction\n \n \n \n \n The estimation of resource was based on a single hole.\n \n \n \n \n The estimation of resource did not include all the required\ninformation and disclosures required by NI 43-101.\n \n \n \n \n The estimation of resource did not provide enough details about the\nassumptions and parameters used in the estimation.\n \n \n \n \n The estimation of resource was not supported by a sufficient amount of\ngeological data to meet NI 43-101 standards.\n \n \n \n \n Granada is committed to upholding the highest standards of disclosure\nand transparency and will work diligently to rectify this situation.\nThe Company will ensure that all future estimates of mineral resources\nare based on sufficient geological data and comply with all NI 43-101\nrequirements\n \n \n Granada's CEO, Frank J.
