It is expected\nthat this critical shortage is to persist and that some mills will\noperate at decreased processing rates. There are currently three mills\nthat are shut down due to lack of ore. The Company will reach out to\nall mill operators within Quebec and Ontario for a custom milling\ncontract. The Company will also look at building a mill or a\npre-concentrator on site.\n \n \n \n Custom Milling, On-site Milling,\nPre-Concentrator Highlights:\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Custom Milling:\n \n The Company\nhas all permits in good standing to operate at 550 tonnes per   day\ntargeting 2 grams per tonne gold from an open pit.\n \n \n \n \n \n On-site Milling:\n \n If overall\ncustom milling charges equate the purchase of a mill and operating on-\nsite costs, then an on-site mill will be installed.\n \n \n \n \n \n Pre-Concentration on site:\n \n Test work at Temiskaming Testing Labs in Cobalt, Ontario on the\ntwo 500-tonne bulk samples indicated that it is possible to produce a\nhigh-grade gravity concentrate from the native gold and lower-grade\ngold concentrate for direct shipping for final processing into gold\nbars to an off-site facility.
