Following\ncomprehensive assessment, the companies have determined not to proceed\nwith a definitive milling agreement at this time.\n \n\n\n\n \"The three-month evaluation with Lafleur provided\nvaluable technical insights that will inform our go-forward\nstrategy,\" stated Frank J.
