At the Gore Street Energy Storage Fund PLC Annual General Meeting on September 18, 2025, all ordinary resolutions were passed. Special resolutions 16 and 17, requiring 75% approval, also passed, while resolutions 14 and 15 did not, despite receiving over 74% support. Resolution 1, to receive the annual financial statements, received 255,703,563 votes for and 14,541,079 votes against. The resolution to approve the dividend frequency policy, resolution 2, received 228,587,149 votes for and 41,714,546 votes against. The total number of ordinary shares in issue is 505,099,478, representing the total number of voting rights.
