For avoidance of confusion the proxy voting link can be accessed via the Shareholders' portal at \n \n https://www.eproxyappointment.com\n \n \n \n \n To vote Shareholders will require the control number, SRN and PIN to log into the site. These are provided on the proxy form. \n To vote at the AGM, Shareholders should submit votes not later than 09.00 a.m. on Monday, 17 August 2020.\n \n \n The Company is holding the AGM under the regulations set out in Schedule 14 of the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020 which allows closed AGMs to be held virtually in light of the coronavirus pandemic. T\n he AGM will be held by electronic means with the minimum necessary quorum of two Shareholders in order to conduct the business of the meeting.
