(TSX: GDL) (the “Company” or “Goodfellow”) announces that all resolutions presented to the shareholders at its Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”) held today were passed.\n \n\n The total number of shares represented by shareholders in person and by proxy at the Meeting was 5,926,983 representing 70.38% of the Company’s outstanding shares.\n \n\n\n 1.\n \n\n Election of Directors\n \n\n\n The six (6) nominees for directors proposed by management of the Company were elected pursuant to a vote by ballot.
