David has been a non-executive member of the Board of Directors since May 2017. \n \nGary Bullard, Chairman of Gooch & Housego, said: \n\"We are very saddened by the loss of David who has played an integral role at Gooch & Housego; his expertise and contribution to the Company will be missed.
