Andrew Boteler is currently Acting Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Also on 1 August 2009 Mr Paul Heal will step down as Interim Finance Director and resume his role as a non-executive director and Chairman of the Audit Committee.\n\nAndrew Boteler, 43, is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in manufacturing industry. After training with Ernst & Young he held several positions in industry as a Financial Controller before becoming the senior Finance Officer in the UK for US telecommunications components group JDSU. In 2002 he was part of the team that bought out the JDSU UK fibre optics business that became SIFAM Fibre Optics Ltd. Andrew Boteler was Finance Director of SIFAM Fibre Optics Ltd until it was acquired by Gooch & Housego in May 2007.\n\nMr. Boteler has been a director of the following companies within the last five years: -\n\nSIFAM Fibre Optics Ltd.\nSIFAM Ltd.\n\nThere are no other disclosures required under Schedule Two (g) of the AIM rules. \n\nGareth Jones, Chief Executive of Gooch & Housego, commented: \n\n'In working closely with Andrew for the past two years I know him to have an in-depth knowledge of not just our financial matters, but our customers, technologies and products as well.
