Alex joined Optos plc in 2008,and held other positions including chief technology officer.\nHis experience of leading the integration of manufacturing, supply-chain, R&D and product management to successfully bring complex photonics-based new products to market is particularly relevant to G&H as the Company transitions to a more systems-based business. \nAlex has an extensive track record in international markets and broad experience of new product introduction (NPI) particularly of complex electronic products.
