(TSXV: BTM.H) (the \"Company\") is pleased to announce the completion of its 2013 Annual General Meeting\n (\"AGM\"). Shareholders unanimously re-appointed Messrs. Nikolas\n Perrault, David A. Johnson, Richard T. Groome, and Michael Pesner to\n the Company's Board of Directors. In addition, Mr. Groome was\n re-appointed as Chairman of the Board.
