Unity is the Company's largest shareholder holding 33.5 per cent. of the issued share capital.\nIn the announcement, Unity stated that Rod Hanson, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, will stand down from his position at a time when an orderly transition to a new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer can be completed and it is envisaged that this will occur by 31 December 2011. In addition, Unity's Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, Tim Churcher has recently tendered his resignation to pursue another opportunity.\nMr. Hanson and Mr. Churcher are each Non-Executive Directors of GoldStone.
