[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n11 April 2024\n \nGOLDSTONE RESOURCES LIMITED\n(\"Goldstone\" or the \"Company\")\n \nPosting of Circular and Notice of AGM\n \nGoldstone Resources Limited (AIM: GRL) announces, further to its announcement released yesterday in respect of the Subscription and Amendment Agreement, that it has today posted the Circular, including a Notice of AGM, to Shareholders. The Circular is also available on the Company's website at www.goldstone.com. \n \nThe Board notes that the time of the AGM has been changed to 11.00 a.m. on Monday, 29 April 2024 and will be held at the offices of Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, at 7 Pilgrim Street, London EC4V 6LB.\n \nThe Board understands that the AGM also serves as a forum for shareholders to raise questions and comments. The Directors would be delighted to address any queries prior to the AGM from Shareholders not wishing to attend in person, including any which Shareholders wish to raise prior to submitting proxy votes for the AGM.
