He has a track record of executing strategic initiatives, operational transformations, complex project delivery, business case development and people development. Kofi has experience working with a number of blue chip multinational companies, including Chevron, Shell, Coca-Cola, Alexander Forbes, Adcock Ingram, Hikma, PATH, the IFC and the World Bank.\n \nSince 2021, Kofi has been a lecturer in Strategic and International Business Management at Coventry Business School, where he has run MBA Apprenticeship programs and Hertfordshire Business School teaching on the MSc International Management.\n \nKofi is a Sloan Fellow with a Master of Science in Management from London Business School, a Bachelor of Science in Applied Science (Chemical Engineering) from the University of Exeter, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Air Transport Planning & Management from the University of Westminster.\n \nMichael Jones\n \nMichael brings significant cross-functional executive experience across the mining sector, gained through senior roles in mine management, the corporate finance industry, corporate executive management, and, more recently, management consulting. Michael is a Professional Mining Engineer who held various mine management roles for 13 years working at Gencor, De Beers, Debswana and as Consulting Mining Engineer for Iscor.
