Results of AGM and Adjournment of Meeting
Goldplat plc announced that at its Annual General Meeting, all resolutions were passed except for the first resolution concerning the receipt of the Directors' report and audited financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2025. This resolution was adjourned to allow shareholders more time to review the accounts, which were published on 15 December 2025, with the date of the adjourned meeting to be confirmed later.
