The notice of AGM and form of proxy, together with the Company's annual report and accounts, will today be posted to shareholders that have elected to receive printed copies. Those that have elected to receive electronic communication will receive an email confirming publication of the documents on the Company's website. Shareholders who did not respond to the Company's electronic communications initiative introduced last year have been posted a letter confirming the electronic publication of the aforementioned corporate documents, which can be found on the Company's website at: http://www.goldplat.com/downloadsDiluted EPS adjustmentAfter the Company's preliminary results announcement made on 18 September 2017, a technical accounting adjustment was made to the Company's annual report for the year ended 30 June 2017, to alter the weighted average number of dilutive potential ordinary shares for the year.
