There was an error in the total issued\nshare capital (excluding treasury shares) disclosed, this figure\nshould have been 111,720,000 and not 111,470,000 as announced. The\nfull text of the announcement, including the above amendment is\nincluded below.\n\nIn conformity with the FSA Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR\n5.6), the Company makes the following notification.\n\nThe Company's issued share capital (excluding treasury shares)\nconsists of 111,720,000 ordinary shares of 1p each, with one voting\nright per share.
