Goldplat plc, the AIM listed gold producer in Africa, announced within its Interim Results on 30 March 2015, a statement that Goldplat had signed a non- binding Letter of Intent for the potential acquisition of a private gold exploration company.

The Board wishes to confirm that these talks have now been discontinued.
