The date of the adjourned meeting, which will consider the first resolution set out in the notice of meeting \"To receive the report of the Directors of the Company and the audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended 30 June 2022\", will be held\n on 23 March 2023 at 11:30 a.m. at the offices of Druces LLP, Suite 425 Salisbury House, London Wall, London, United Kingdom, EC2M 5PS\n .\n \n \n \n \n \n Proxies that have been submitted for the Annual General Meeting will remain valid for the adjourned meeting and\n shareholders\n do not need to submit a new proxy unless\n they\n wish to change how\n their\n proxy should vote. However,\n they\n may continue to submit a proxy form for the AGM up to 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday,\n 21 March\n 2023.
