Victoria, British Columbia (FSCwire) - GoldON Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: GLD) announces that it has negotiated a shares-for-debt settlement with five creditors. The Company will, subject to regulatory acceptance, issue 1,435,985 common shares at a deemed price of $0.05 per share in settlement of $71,799.25 of debt. The issued shares are subject to a four-month hold period.
